Autumn Soups, Yum!

Autumn is here, it’s getting colder outside, dark and rainy. If you ask me there’s nothing better than having a nice warm cup of soup. It doesn’t take long to make soup which is easy and practical. And these soups are quite filling so no worries about not having enough to eat!

You’ll have a warm meal and all you need! Vegetablesoup will give you required vitamins A and C. Creme soup contains Calcium and Vitamin D for example.  Besides that most of the soups is low in fat and still filling quite good.
